The Kentucky Wildcats are now 8-1 after picking up an easy win over Monmouth.
It was a game UK dominated for 40 minutes and rarely gave the Hawks any room to breath. A swarming defense to go with career days by Hamidou Diallo and PJ Washington made this one of the more enjoyable games of the season.
Speaking of Washington, he was finally the manchild we all knew he could be, as he dominated in the first half with 16 points on 4-of-4 shooting. It was the best first-half outing by any Wildcat this season.
