Kentucky basketball blows late lead to lose third straight game at Georgia

Georgia rallied from a six-point deficit with two minutes remaining to snap a 14-game losing streak against Kentucky and hand the Wildcats their third consecutive loss.

Kentucky led by six points with 2:02 remaining, but Georgia rallied with a long 3 from K.D. Johnson then forced an off-balanced shot from Brandon Boston as the shot clock was winding down. Andrew Garcia pulled the Bulldogs within one with a layup when a Kentucky defensive mistake left him wide open under the basket.

The Bulldogs fouled to send Devin Askew to the free throw line with 23 seconds left, but he missed the front end of a one-and-one.
