The day after the Cats had an exciting win on Senior Night against Mississippi State, they came out with another exciting finish Saturday, as they were able to capitalize on opportunities late to pull out the victory and lock up the series with a 4-1 victory.
This one started looking like it was going to be another high scoring game after the Bulldogs quickly took a 1-0 lead right out of the gate off an RBI single through the right side.
However, the game would turn into a pitcher’s duel, but Kentucky had their fair share of chances.
