Another week of Kentucky baseball and softball is in the books. Here is a look of how both programs preformed this past week.
Baseball
Finishing the week 2-2 overall, the Cats did win the important ones this weekend, picking up the series win to open SEC play against the visiting Missouri Tigers. After losing on Tuesday to Murray State, the team bounced back well to take the first two of three from the Tigers, marking the first opening weekend series win in SEC play since 2017.
Throughout the week the offense set the team up in a position to win each game.
