Nick Mingione keeps on adding to his incoming transfer class.
Dominic Niman, a 6-3, 220-pound LHP transfer from Central Connecticut, announced his intention to transfer to Kentucky Friday afternoon. The incoming senior experienced a phenomenal junior season, where he was named to the Collegiate Baseball All-America Second Team, All-Northeast Conference First Team, and was named Northeast Conference Pitcher of the Year. He went 12-2 last season with 94 strikeouts in 104 innings with a 2.77 ERA. Niman’s 12 wins were a program record.
