Kentucky’s men’s basketball team might be without one of its stud five-star freshmen when it opens the 2015-16 season this weekend.
John Calipari said today that Isaiah Briscoe, a five-star freshman guard out of New Jersey, bumped knees with a teammate during practice. Calipari says that Briscoe is “day-to-day.” His status for the Wildcats’ first two games is in doubt.
Kentucky opens the season Friday against Albany and plays again Saturday against NJIT.
Isaiah Briscoe bumped knees with Hawkins and is day-to-day, Cal says.
