Kellan Grady says it’s a “privilege and an honor” to play for the Big Blue Nation

Davidson star guard Kellan Grady quickly favored Kentucky in the recruiting process and ultimately decided to sign with the program for a myriad of reasons, with the possibility of developing into an NBA player under Hall of Fame head coach John Calipari, playing on college basketball’s biggest stage, and competing with and against elite talent every day in practice being a few key factors.

One of the biggest, though? The opportunity to play for and earn the support of the Big Blue Nation.

When breaking down his decision to join the Kentucky basketball program, Grady specifically pointed out the passionate fanbase as a key reason he wanted to become a Wildcat, hoping to play in front of sold-out Rupp Arena crowds this fall.
