Keldon Johnson gets weekly SEC award

For the second time this season, Kentucky Wildcats guard Keldon Johnson has been named the SEC Freshman of the Week.

In arguably his best game of the young season, Johnson scored 24 points on 8/9 shooting and hit a career-high six three-pointers in an 88-61 win over the Utah Utes on Saturday. It was his third 20-point game this season.

The six threes were the most for any Kentucky player this season and the most since Wenyen Gabriel hit seven in the SEC Tournament against Alabama on March 10, 2018.
