Keldon Johnson spent several minutes on ESPN’s NBA Combine set Thursday evening as part of the network’s four-hour coverage of the combine. He joined host Maria Taylor and analysts Jay Bilas and Mike Schmitz to talk about all things Keldon Johnson. I do not have the video, but I can tell you a little bit about what he said.
Johnson kicked things off by describing his lone year in Lexington. He said, “It was amazing, to be honest. I think that I learned a lot playing for Coach Cal and from Coach Kenny Payne. I think they really groomed me into a great player and I can’t thank them enough for having me that one year and they really made it the best year I can think of.
