Kentucky’s newest commitment Kahlil Whitney recently jumped in the 247 Sports recruiting rankings all the way up to No. 6 overall. As a superb athlete, stellar shooter, and overall stud scorer, the Cats got a complete package.
If you ask his former high school coach Alonzo Crowder, Whitney’s game is similar to that of a Bentley.
“It takes six months to design a Bentley and put it on the road,” Crowder said in an interview with Larry Vaught. “It took four or five months to work on Kahlil’s skill sets. He was able to put the ball on the floor, shoot the mid-range shot, hit a three.
