The third annual Iverson Classic took place on Friday night in Pennsylvania, and for the second time in those three years, a future Wildcat took home the MVP award.
Kahlil Whitney was named co-MVP of the Classic along with Isaiah Wong, who is on his way to Miami. Whitney finished the game with 38 points in a 159-155 loss.
The previous Kentucky commit to win the MVP award was PJ Washington in 2017 in the first ever Iverson Classic.
Also in the game was future Wildcat Keion Brooks, who finished the game with 25 points in his team’s winning effort.
