Kentucky had all the momentum in the world in the recruitment of a five-star All-American…until Nick Saban called.
Justin Rogers, the No. 10 overall player in America according to Rivals, trimmed his list of schools to five yesterday and announced a decision date of May 20. Kentucky not only made the cut, they looked like the team to beat following an official visit to Lexington.
Along with the Cats, Rogers included his home state of Michigan, LSU, Tennessee and Georgia, where he will officially visit this weekend. Nick Saban was not happy to hear Alabama got left off the list.
