The Kentucky Wildcats football program is having a heck of a day in Jacksonville.
Not only did the Cats beat NC State to win the Gator Bowl, but they got a key offensive player back for the 2021 season.
Shortly after the 23-21 win over the Wolfpack, wide receiver Josh Ali announced he’s returning next season.
A true senior in 2020, Ali will use the NCAA eligibility relief ruling to get an extra season. He’ll be a fifth-year senior in 2021. He finished the Gator Bowl with four grabs for 18 yards, giving him 53 grabs for 480 yards and one score this season.
