The Rimington Award is given annually to the nation’s best center and the University of Kentucky just so happens to have one of the nation’s best centers in Jon Toth. Therefore, Toth was named to the Rimington Award preseason watch list, announced today by the people who make that decision.
Toth has started in 23 consecutive games for the Wildcats. Freddie Maggard recently called him UK’s best center in the Claiborne to Stoops era, and last season’s offensive MVP.
Needless to say, he’s pretty good.
