At the end of December, it was reported that Wall would be having season-ending heel surgery. However, it now seems as though his injury was more extensive than was initially believed.
With DeMarcus Cousins just coming off of a year-long absence due to a similar injury, Wall will at least have a friend to talk him through the recovery process.
