LEXINGTON - Fairleigh Dickinson is a bad basketball team. So are UAB, Lamar, Mount Saint Mary’s, Utah Valley and Eastern Kentucky.
Those opponents account for six of Kentucky basketball’s seven wins this season. Even the Wildcats’ lone loss, the shocking upset to Evansville, came against a team that looks likely to struggle to reach the NCAA Tournament considering it was defeated by each of its next three Division I opponents after Kentucky.
