It’s been a year of change for John Calipari and the Kentucky basketball program, and it’s not slowing down.
The next big change Calipari is working on is his offensive system, which has been heavily criticized in recent years, even called “archaic.” A big part of that has been a lack of shooting in an era of basketball that’s put a premium on shooting.
Calipari clearly got the message this offseason as he went out and landed sharpshooters CJ Fredrick, Kellan Grady and TyTy Washington, while Davion Mintz and Dontaie Allen are also back.
