Kentucky basketball head coach John Calipari has been pretty outspoken about his support of the football program this season. Yesterday afternoon, he took that support one step further.
During one of the biggest recruiting weekends of the year, Coach Cal went out of his way to spread the love to some of the elite football prospects on campus following his team’s victory over Utah.
Kentucky four-star linebacker commit Jared Casey tweeted out the following video while he was on campus:

Four-star defensive back Jammie Robinson was one of the big dogs on campus, and he seemed to have a pretty great time:
Not too shabby when a recruit’s mother arrives on a visit wearing a customized Kentucky hoodie of her son in a Wildcat uniform…
The other uncommitted big shot in town was four-star wide receiver Devonta Lee, who said he “fell in love with Kentucky” during his official visit to Lexington:

Three-star defensive back Taj Dodson posted the following image on his Instagram:

As for committed prospects (beyond Casey), Kentucky had plenty of elite talent to help secure signatures from prior to National Signing Day next week.
