Two of Kentucky’s top performers both went down with injuries during the Wildcats’ game against LSU on Tuesday night. One full day later, their head coach has listed both of their statuses as “day-to-day.”
“I haven’t seen [Hagans], but Nick [Richards] was in the training room [around noon], and I would tell you they’re probably both day-to-day,” John Calipari said Wednesday night on his UK HealthCare call-in show. “He stepped on that ball and turned [his ankle] pretty bad.”
UK had a seven-point lead with just over seven minutes left in the game when the team’s point guard dove for a loose ball.
