As it turns out, John Calipari actually did meet with Virginia Tech transfer Kerry Blackshear and his family earlier this week.
It was reported Monday night that Calipari met with the Blackshear family, but that report was later shot down by Blackshear’s father.
Now, there are multiple reports that the meeting actually did take place:
