Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon offered thanks and congratulations Friday night to Jemal Singleton, the team's running backs coach the past two seasons who earlier this week accepted an offer to become the University of Kentucky Wildcats' running backs coach and special teams coordinator.
Singleton was one of several Bengals assistants to depart after the team finished this past season with a 4-11-1 record.
UK announced Thursday that Singleton joined its staff after he spent the two seasons with Cincinnati, one with the Oakland Raiders and two with the Indianapolis Colts.
