JJ Weaver might get notoriety for having an extra finger, but he also has an extra big heart. Weaver’s foundation, dubbed The Perfect Fit, organized the donation of 100 bicycles and gave them out on Sunday to children in his home area of Lousiville.
The event took place at Iroquois Park in Louisville and featured a host of Kentucky Athletics personnel, including Susan Lax, better known as Slax, the Sports Information Director (SID) for Kentucky football.
One of the key donors to Weaver’s cause was the 22 Oats Strong Foundation, the organization formed in honor of former Kentucky linebacker, Chris Oats, with the goal of supporting single-parent families that are experiencing the strain of caring for impaired children.
