Jemarl Baker will miss rest of season with hand injury

Former Kentucky guard Jemarl Baker was having a career season for Arizona, but a wrist injury has shut him down early.

According to head coach Sean Miller, Baker suffered a broken bone in his wrist which will cause him to miss the rest of the season.

Arizona Wildcats guard Jemarl Baker Jr. is out for the season with a hand injury, head Sean Miller announced Monday on his radio show.

Miller said X-rays revealed a broken bone in Baker’s wrist. He suffered the injury just two minutes into Saturday’s loss to UCLA but played through it until the second half.
