As the legend of Reed Sheppard continues to grow, so does the desire for Kentucky fans to see him one day suit up in blue and white.
It’s the furthest thing from a commitment, but the Wildcats are officially on the radar for the North Laurel standout and son of former Kentucky great Jeff Sheppard. It was the eldest Sheppard, actually, who confirmed the news during the Cameron Mills Radio Show on Sunday night, that UK has reached out to Reed, according to 247 Sports.
Jeff Sheppard says his son Reed's recruitment is currently going through his high school coach at North Laurel but says that Kentucky has reached out.
