According to Louisville football head coach Jeff Brohm, Southeastern Conference referees played a big part in Kentucky upsetting the Cardinals last season.
“Not to bring up bad topics, but I do remember our last game – regular season game, you know, one of the most penalized teams in the country had no flags thrown on them with SEC officials,” Brohm whined on ESPN Louisville. “But, you know, those things happen.”
