While guest hosting this morning’s edition of Kentucky Sports Radio radio, Jay Bilas brought up a very good point about the narrative surrounding last season’s magical run. For a group that was so unselfish and seemed to do everything fans ask of a college basketball team, why so many detractors? Why all the haters?
One of the things I said throughout the course of the year that I thought was absolutely true, was, what do we want from a college basketball team that Kentucky didn’t display? Why did we see so many that wouldn’t really embrace the great things about that team.
