It turns out that Oregon wasn't the only opposition Kentucky had for the commitment of 2015 five-star guard Jamal Murray.
According to his father, Roger Murray, there was an unknown professional team to offer Jamal a contract worth quite a bit for just one season:

It was likely an overseas team, as they tend to offer contracts to some of the top high-school recruits annually.
