Former Kentucky point guard Isaiah Briscoe has been rewarded for an excellent season of basketball.
Playing for BC Kalev Tallinn in the VTB, Russia’s highest level of professional basketball, the New Jersey native was named “Young Player of the Year,” making him the de facto Rookie of the Year. His team was only 6-18, but the New Jersey native averaged 22 points, 4 assists and 1.3 steals per game in his first year with the team.
