Former Kentucky big man Isaac Humphries has locked up a new NBA deal.
Humphries has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Orlando Magic.
Here are details of the deal:
Over three games in Las Vegas with the Clippers, Humphries — who just turned 21 — averaged 6.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game.
The Exhibit 10 contract was introduced in the most recent Collective Bargaining Agreement, with Humphries’ best-case scenario being if he makes the Magic’s 15-man roster. The next best: a two-way deal.
If Humphries attends camp and is waived before the regular season begins, then he’d be designated to the Magic’s NBA G-League affiliate, the Lakeland Magic.
