I will be 50 years old next month. In my lifetime, I have not seen every point guard play at Kentucky. I did not see Ralph Beard, Cliff Barker, Louie Dampier, among many others.
The question in the title? I will answer it right now: yes. Tyler Ulis is the best point guard to play at UK during my 50 years.
Why do I say that? Of course, he did not lead a Kentucky team to a National Title, and he did not even lead them to a Final Four; this is well known. I say he's the best because of his talent, his intangibles, and the awards that he won in his one year as a starter.
