One Kentucky wide receiver can’t catch a break.
When Isaiah Epps took the field at Auburn, it was the wide receiver’s first game action since 2018. No. 81 was targeted only once, but still suffered an injury in the line of fire.
“He’s got a few things going on. He hurt his thumb in the first game back. The foot’s getting better, so he’s got a few things happening to him,” Stoops revealed Friday afternoon.
Epps was not dressed to play against Ole Miss. This week he was removed from the depth chart. The timetable for his return is unknown.
