Today, InsiderLouisville.com reported that state legislators voted unanimously for the hiring of an outside firm to examine the Yum!’s finances. The motion comes after Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway’s office issued an informal opinion saying the Arena Authority does not owe the Kentucky State Fair Board jack squat in reimbursements for business lost at the fairgrounds.
