The Kentucky Basketball team had the weekend off to go home, but instead of sitting on the couch watching Netflix, Immanuel Quickley got in some work. The Kentucky sophomore participated in the Kenner League, an annual summer tournament on Georgetown University’s campus.
Quickley, who hails from Bel Air, Maryland, suited up for Hoya Blue despite the fact that his flight landed only 90 minutes before tip off, according to the Kenner League recap. He finished with 26 points, 17 in the first half, but it wasn’t enough to get the W over A.
