During his time at Kentucky, Immanuel Quickley became a fan favorite due to his personality and his winner mentality. Alongside IQ was his support section, which was at every home game, such as his mother and grandmother. Kentucky Sports Radio did a fantastic write-up on the women in Immanuel Quickley’s life last year.
Now, IQ has returned the favor to his mother and grandmother after achieving success in the NBA during his breakout rookie season.
Yesterday on Mother’s Day, Quickley surprised his mother and grandmother with new Range Rovers as a thank you gift.
Check out the video that Quickley’s Aunt Demetria shared with KSR yesterday down below:
We all loved IQ during his phenomenal sophomore season at Kentucky, in which he took home SEC Player of the Year and would’ve certainly led Kentucky to a top-two seed in the NCAA Tournament and possibly another SEC Tournament title before the season was abruptly canceled.
