Five-star guard Hunter Sallis has made his college commitment.
On Friday, Sallis officially committed to the Gonzaga Bulldogs. He becomes the program’s highest-ranked recruit ever.
A 6-5, 175-pound guard who plays at Millard North High School in Omaha (NE), Sallis is ranked seventh overall in 2021 by Rivals. In addition to Gonzaga, he also held offers from the Kentucky Wildcats, Kansas Jayhawks, North Carolina Tar Heels, UCLA Bruins and Oregon Ducks.
The Wildcats already have a commitment from 2021 point guard Nolan Hickman, but they still pursued Sallis, who could help form a heck of a backcourt in 2021-22.
