Give Stonehill credit — the Skyhawks started off hot and were not afraid to shoot. Stonehill started the game 5-0 and led Kentucky 12-11 four minutes in. I hope they have that footage saved because from there, it was all Cats. Led by a combined 45 points from freshmen Reed Sheppard and Rob Dillingham, Kentucky beat Stonehill 101-67 to improve to 3-1 on the season, 2-0 in the Wildcat Challenge.
On the heels of Kentucky’s promising performance vs. Kansas, this was another very fun game to watch. Kentucky finished with 17 threes on a 63.
