Maybe it wasn’t the best game the Kentucky Wildcats have ever played… But a win is a win, and the Cats still produced plenty of highlights in the 71-62 win over Vanderbilt.
Tyrese Maxey was relatively quiet for most of the game, but he had a stretch in the second half where he looked unstoppable and helped push the Cats ahead of the Commodores. He finished with 17 points, 10 of which came after halftime. Nick Richards also made some impressive plays down the stretch, including back-to-back dunks on assists from Ashton Hagans.
