It feels good to see a goose-egg on the scoreboard. For the first time since Kroger Field became the home of Kentucky football, the Wildcats shut out an opponent. Kentucky defeated Youngstown State 31-0 in a dominant defensive performance that included a pair of spectacular plays in the end zone by Carrington Valentine.
The defense did not have all of the fun. Will Levis threw for a couple of touchdowns and 377 yards while completing passes to 10 different wide receivers.
If you missed any of the game, ESPN will fast forward through all of the nonsense and get straight to the meat and potatoes in this highlight clip that is just under nine minutes long.
