The Kentucky Wildcats came out victorious Wednesday night defeating the North Dakota Fighting Hawks 96-58.
The crowd was...less than spectacular. It was probably due to the terrible weather, but the student section was almost empty, and the rest of the arena was nowhere near full.
However, that didn’t deter this team. The Cats played much, much better tonight than they did in the first two games of the season.
They looked confident and poised. They made their fair share of mistakes, but they didn’t put their heads down. This was a much needed performance from the Wildcats after the last week and a half of sports-related heartbreak.
