Hamidou Diallo had an incredible day at the NBA Combine, turning in the second best vertical jump in combine history at 44.5″ thanks to his 6’11.25″ wingspan. This has to be an overwhelming time for Hami, who arrived in Lexington in January, and since declaring for the draft, we haven’t really heard from him…until now. Diallo spoke to ESPN about the draft process, telling Jeff Goodman that it hasn’t always been an easy one.
“It’s just been a difficult process. I ended up trying to do this because the coaching staff at Kentucky guided me through this process.
