HALF: Kentucky 40 Alabama 38

Add Tevin Mack to the list of random players to shoot the lights out vs. the Cats. Mack, a transfer from Texas, was shooting 29.6 percent from three coming into the game, but is 6-6 from behind the arc so far. Both teams are shooting near 50 percent from the floor, and for the first part of the half, all of Kentucky’s progress on defense from recent weeks went out the window. Thanks to Hagans, the Cats were able to clamp back down, but they cannot let Mack stay hot in the second half.

Reid Travis leads the way for Kentucky with 10 points, followed by Ashton Hagans and Keldon Johnson with eight each.
