Georgia Amoore named top five finalist for Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year

Kentucky star Georgia Amoore was named a top five finalist for the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Award on Monday.

Amoore is putting in 18.8 points, 2.4 three-point field goals and 6.9 assists per game for the Wildcats.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Georgia Amoore, University of Kentucky women’s basketball point guard, has been named a Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Top Five Finalist, it was announced by The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on Monday.

The Wildcat is one of five players named to the esteemed list, which also includes Olivia Miles (Notre Dame), Rori Harmon (Texas), Kiki Rice (UCLA) and Paige Bueckers (UConn).
