Kentucky point guard Georgia Amoore has been named the Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy National Player of the Week.
Amoore averaged 29.5 points per game, 4.5 three-point field goals per game, 55.3 percent shooting from the field, 50.0 percent shooting from the three-point line and 8.5 assists per game last week. She finished the week with a school record-tying 43 points in a road win at Oklahoma.
