Kentucky point guard Georgia Amoore was handpicked to the John R. Wooden Award Top 15 National Ballot on Tuesday.
Through 29 games, Amoore is averaging 19.1 points per game, 2.4 three-point field goals per game and 6.9 assists per game.

LOS ANGELES – Georgia Amoore, University of Kentucky women’s basketball point guard, has been handpicked to the John R. Wooden Award Top 15 National Ballot, it was announced by the Los Angeles Athletic Club this week.
The Wildcat and the 14 other student-athletes are candidates for the Wooden Award All-America Team and the Wooden Award Trophy, presented annually to the nation’s most outstanding college women’s basketball player.
