Former Kentucky quarterback Gavin Wimsatt is transferring to Jacksonville State.
Jacksonville State was 9-5 this season, and finished first in the Conference USA standings. The Gamecocks lost to Ohio University in the Cure Bowl.
Wimsatt played three seasons at Rutgers before transferring to Kentucky for one season.
