We’ve said this before this season: “Is this the most important game of HCMS’ career?” “This may be the most important game of HCMS’ career?” Time to remove the questions and maybes: this absolutely is the most important game of Mark Stoops’ career to date at Kentucky.
Why? Because I can’t even remember the last time we won four straight SEC games? (Someone in our brilliant community here at ASoB has that tidbit at their fingertips, and I encourage them to shout it out in the comments.) Because walking into Neyland Stadium with bowl status, and a lead in the SEC East standings firmly in hand will do wonders for this team’s confidence?
