There has been a lot of news this week in regards to college athletics. The NCAA faced Congress in discussions about NIL laws and it looks like the college football playoff is going to expand from four teams to twelve teams.
Power 5 Conference champs will be automatic qualifiers as well as a Group of 5 team. The most exciting proposal here is that the top four teams will receive a by week while teams 5-12 will play home playoff games instead of neutral field bowls.
