LEXINGTON - Kentucky football's 2020 recruiting class has its first in-state commitment.
Four-star Corbin athlete Treyveon Longmire committed to the Wildcats Friday. 247Sports rates him as a four-star prospect and ranks him as the No. 17 athlete in the 2022 class.
In 10 games for Corbin last season, Longmire recorded 21 catches for 280 yards and three touchdowns. He added 21 carries for 60 yards and 18 tackles on defense.
Longmire joins four-star Michigan prep athlete Jeremiah Caldwell and three-star Georgia cornerback Andre Stewart in Kentucky's 2022 class. He picked UK over finalists Louisville, West Virginia, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Michigan, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
