As reported by Jeff Goodman, former Kentucky Wildcats guard Sean Woods may be a candidate for the head coaching vacancy at Stetson University.
Woods has bounced around in the coaching world since graduating from Kentucky in 1992, returning to the Bluegrass in 2012 to take over the Morehead State Eagles. He coached there for nearly four years, and he certainly had them headed in the right direction.
He resigned in December of 2016 in the middle of a scandal involving the potential abuse of a player. But the season before that, the Eagles claimed second place in the Ohio Valley Conference and finished as the runner-up in the end of season College Basketball Invitational (CBI) tournament.
