Mark Stoops has added a coach with two decades of NFL coaching experience to Kentucky’s coaching staff ahead of the 2019-20 season.
Greg Manusky will serve as a quality control assistant for Stoops’ defense. Manusky spent the last three seasons as Jay Gruden’s defensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins. Since beginning his coaching career in 2001, Manusky has coached defenses, primarily linebackers, for the Redskins, Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers and San Francisco 49ers.
Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Manusky was an undrafted free agent from Colgate, signed by the defending Super Bowl Champion Redskins in 1988.
